Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is a combination of Kick Boxing, Wrestling and Jiu Jitsu. Training focuses upon punching, kicking, grappling and ground fighting.
MMA is a full contact sport so classes are only available for people aged 16 years and above.
As with the Kick Boxing classes, for those who want to spar and enter competitions, you can! For those who want the benefits of training, but not the bruises, that's fine. We offer something for everyone.
